Hiya,
So, I have a function describing the PES of a physisorbed atom and an arbitrary temperature T. I have to calculate the TST rate constant for each possible jump on this surface, but I can't see how apply TST to this problem. If anyone could point me in the right direction eg. formulas to use, how to construct partition functions, it would be very much appreciated.
