Can anyone give me link to study steps of organic compound conversions.
eg: Methane to ethane, Benzene to m-bromophenol, I m getting puzzled learning this. I would be grateful if any one helps me.

I can't seem to find links regarding your exact topic...

I'd rather ask in a library for books if I were you. Books are more specialized and easier to find than websites.

At least for me...
